We are a small, couple-owned and operated farm currently offering fresh pastured poultry and brown eggs. Our primary meat breed is Dark Cornish - a heritage, double-breasted bird. This is gourmet chicken with outstanding firm but juicy texture, and is our personal favorite. We also have a small number of Wyandotte fryers (excellent on the barbeque) and culled laying hens. We take orders between January and March but usually have some extras for late orders, new customers, and additions to orders at pickup time. Birds are processed on the farm and picked up fresh (not frozen). Our farming methods reflect our concern for the health of us, our community, our land and the animals that live here. Our farm is a member of the American Pastured Poultry Producers Association and we believe strongly in grass-based farming.
